The buck

Every ones got to get a photo with the buck. Even if they are still in their pajamas! The girls watched dad gut him out for a while. Fascinated with what it all looks like inside. They left when it got too bloody and Dads arms were gooey and red up to his elbows.

The big Hunt

Scooter has been hunting a bit looking for an elk this year. This morning as he was starting the fire he spotted a buck on our property. He took a shot not thinking he got it the way it took off running up the hill but he and Sheradia went for a walk to have a look anyway. Scooter found the blood and followed the trail to where he lay dead. Sheradia spotted two more smaller bucks. They came back for the truck to bring him back. Sheradia was very excited.

Little Angels

Couple of snap shots of the girls I liked. Zephy came home from a birthday party the other day and was so tired she fell asleep on the couch. And one of Sheradia.

Favorite Pic

I meant to close off my blogs on Guatemala with my favorite picture but forgot so here it is. Two girls who wanted desperately for me to buy something. I talked them into letting me pay them 1Q each for a photo. Of course as soon as the photo was taken they tried to raise their price but I just laughed. They enjoyed seeing themselves on the digital screen though. Very cute!
