More $5 deals!

Both these are worth $20 but I paid $5. The top one is worth $35!

New Hobby!

I've become a couponer! I'm not the extream kind yet but I am saving an average of $100 a month on our grocery bill. I have to post some of my finds! I am so excited about this!
All of these photos I paid $5 or less for! The pantene photo is worth $11.48. The post-it-note photo is worth 19.98. And the top dog treat photo is worth $25.97! This is so cool!

big winnings!

Havre had a back to school promotion in their newspaper. They printed coupons for stores around town and if you put your details on the coupon when you went in and used them they would go in a drawing for back to school bag of
goodies! Of course we won! Wow! they girls split the loot. They ended up with the backpack, sholder bag, watch and lotion, college notebook, $50 savings bond, $10 book gift certificate, 2 Pizza Hut gift certs, free hair cut cert., $25 K-mart gift card, $25 health food gift card, $75 new sports shoe gift Cert., some pens and highlighters! What a score! Thanks Havre!

First Day of School

The girls were excited and scared to death about starting a new school. The schools here are so much bigger than what we are use to

hike 2

hike up the rim

We spent most of the day hiking up the rim of the lake. Beautiful and slightly challenging but fun! The lake behind scott in the last one is Klamath Falls lake.

beautiful morning

when I opened my eyes in the morning this was the view out the window! Good thing the camera was close as I didn't even move from the bed to take this photo. We had coffee in the rocking chairs on the deck before going for a hike.

after dinner walk and tea

after dinner we enjoyed another sunset walk. Then back to the lodge to sit on the rocking chairs on the deck and order tea and dessert while we watched the stars! My most memorable moment. We saw 5 shooting stars and with no moon the stars seemed so close. very romantic!

A walk and dinner

So after checking in we went for a walk along the path and checked out the visitor centers. Then it was time for dinner. Scott prayed for the special corner table in the dinning room for us with two windows of amazing views and...you guessed it! We got it! It was a big deal as this dinning room is crowded and reservations only. and do you know what? Those salads realy are $20! It was memerble anyway!

The bathroom

Check out this sweet bathroom! and the view from the tub was amazing! I got to take a moonlit bath and enjoy the stars from this view. So Cool!!!

Just look at that view!

First day's in Havre

We moved over when we did because Zeph was signed up for soccer camp. We stayed in Scotts appartment for the first week while we cleaned the house and got things put away. Then it was time to move out of the apparment and get that cleaned up. Sheradia wanted to bake mini cupcakes for the family that helped up unload as well as the new neighbor we met. She did a great job on them

Moving Day!!!

We got home from Spokane and had two days to pack up and load a U-haul. I was on the verge of a breakdown having to do this all on our own when Scott called from Oregon and said he had a surprise. There was a van load of boys from the West Kootanai boys home coming to help load. Sure enough just about the time I had the last box pretty well packed and the beds striped here they came. It was a bucket birgade (litterly) at one point. We had that truck loaded in around 3 hours! (although not done that profesionaly) I was thankful for the help! as a thanks I took them all out for pizza before they left town. What a great bunch of young men!! The other photos are of us and my dad on top of the pass. We had to stop to let the animals out and streatch our legs too. Although I was not keen on either I chose to drive the big truck (although I have never driven anything bigger than dad's pickup I have never pulled a trailer either so chose the lesser of the two evils). Dad drove his truck pulling my car. The girls took turns at each stop riding with one person or the other.

Zephy doing lawns

All summer Zeph has had the job of going over the grandma's and mowing her lawn once a week. She loves driving the lawnmower

End of a good time.

Can you see my car? OK, its not mine yet...but someday! All week the girls and Cam would spend their extra time building a Lego city. We promised them we would take a photo to remember by before they had to demolish it and clean up Aunt Julies spare room.

Neighborhood park

We spent an afternoon at my brothers neighborhood park where the kids played in the water park and tossed baseballs then had their first game of frisbee golf. The other photo is of Sheradia and Zeph with aunt Julia being goofy! They had a good time looking at pet photos on her phone and laughing and laughing! silly girls!

Downtown Coeur d'Alene

We window shopped, then went to the beach while the girls played in the water and at the park the ladies took in the sun and the guys hit another round of golf.

Family Golf Game

The girls were caddies for the older generations playing golf. They have done that a few times and like it. Especialy when they get to drive the golf cart.

Little Cousins

The girls had fun playing with and feeding the little cousins.
