Things I did complete
The first is my friend Rachel with her Wizard of OZ quilt she designed a couple months ago for a challenge for the quilt store. She had a fun doing it and won! The other is another batik quilt I made at retreat to give away as well. Then our project while there was this quilting bag. I didn't want to do it the way everyone else was so made up this little charm sort of block pattern. It is for putting all your cutting mats and rulers in to take with you to retreats or a friends house. The back side is ironing board material so you can iron your pieces right on it. Very cute if I do say so myself. Love the fabric. It is so my style!
Quilt Retreat
I went on a quilt retreat this last weekend. 4 days 3 nights just sewing. We had a blast though I didn't get as much done as I had hoped. To much time talking, sabotaging others machines and eating. Great time! Here is a picture of our table. A couple of friends being goofy. My very good friend being silly with the sticker that came on our coffee. And my station being sabotaged by someone else. The bobben case was taped closed, I was unplugged and my thread was cut and as you can see I was taped up pretty good.
Old Projects
This was my first quilt. I made it for Zephy. It as a mystery quilt class I took with some friends a number of years ago. I had someone else quilt it for me. You can see in the one photo the cute flowers that were quilted on. The last one is a newer quilt top I made with batiks. I had fun making this and think I will give it for Christmas next year.

at the Codo
My parents have a condo time share in Idaho. They called to say they wouldn't be using it over the weekend as Dad needed to work So we got to put it to good use. We would go swimming twice a day. Go back to the apartment and play games or watch movies and eat or go for a walk. One day we had a racquetball game and the other we played basketball and table tennis. Tons of fun. Always great memories there.

The Wii
We got a Wii for Christmas. Its been fun! Here is Scooter with a sideways camera shot (sorry about that) of him boxing.
Angels and Scooters work
Sheradia and Zephy as angels in the church Christmas Program. Then the buildings Scooter has been working on. The first is the garage next to what was suppose to be the guest house but the client likes it so much he is moving into it. Then the front door to the guest house. The two last pillars there will have hurricane glass on them that will have fire in it. And the BMW shop with office and library above.
