Before we left Australia we spent one day on this island. We played on the beach most of the day and Scott rented a little tin boat and some snorkeling gear for us and we went out to investigate this wreck but the girls (with Sheradia being stung by a blue bottle a few days before) were not so keen so we just pretty well went out in the boat. Just as well for the girls I think. I was in the water only a few minutes and some sort of small jelly fish wrapped around my shoulder as well. WE also went sand tobogganing. That was a blast. we climbed a large sand hill that took every ounce of energy you had just to make it to the top in the hot sun and then a few seconds to the bottom. You had to lay on your stomach on a wood board and the girls rode on our
backs. Then that night before we went back we feed the dolphins.
