Mud Pie is a tradition for Christmas but being as the girls don't like coffee (*gasp*...I know....unbelieveable!) Sheradia made an ice cream cake just for them. It was a mint oreo thing. Christmas morning with freash fruit and coffee cake. And the only thing dad and the girls found in their stockings was a lump of coal! (not realy we had the rest stashed aside)

Not to sure if you would call it healthy eating, then again traditions arn't healthy at times anyway - Foods that is.
