The highlands around Guatemala's city are formed by volcanoes. There are 3 you can clearly see from old town. We hiked to one. Well Dad and I meant to hike but ended up on a horse most of the way. Long story. Anyway here is dad and his boy leading the horse My boy, Daniel and I with the horse. As you can see he can't be more than 11 or 12. This is what he does probably for the rest of his life. Its unlikely he will ever go to a day of school. close to the top looking out at neighboring volcanoes. And looking up the hillside.
